I dont know why I dont exercise?

Never give up just because someone tells you to, try to lift weights and start running up and down stairs, do crunches , and sit-ups. try to make it a routine. work out 6 days a week or at least 5 and leave 1 day of no working out so your body can rest, and keep your diet to good healthy food, no soda, no pizza, no fatty foods.
