Why do political lawmakers of the Democratic party keep perpetuating a Kleptocratic Republic?

Your post assumes that democrats actually believe/live by their professed ideologies they do not. The basis of all governments is parasitic exploitation imposed and maintained by lethal force, everything else is propaganda to control the masses. Power is goal.
