Would this be a good birthday gift?

My girlfriends birthday is coming up and I was thinking about getting her a bear holding 11 roses and 1 plastic 1 with a note saying ill stop loving you when the last rose dies and a necklace attached to the bear with her name engraved on it does this seem like a good gift if not any ideas?
