What's the best way to power level to 100 in pokemon gold & silver.?

I owned Pokemon gold & silver for awile. I have two DS's and alot of the other games too. I've almost traded a full poke'dex to it, but now i just want to start geting all my pokemon to level 100. I know I can redo the elite 4, but I was hoping there a better way. I don't want to use cheats either. I've looked everywhere on the internet "metaphorically speaking". If anyone knows a better way I would really appreciat it.
